I have attached 3 files in this data. 1 is sample file and the other two files that i want to be changed to the form that sample file is. can any body please help me to transform it.

Hi,Can you do the favor of simply printing the list as open text here or as xls files as opposed to the attachment coz I am an unable to open the attached sas datasets?Sorry for the inconvenience

the file are attached in excel format. one sample file and the other file is to be transformed same as sample file. please help me out with the procedure. I shall be thankful to you.

I can download and open it up as SAS tables. However, you need to lay out your converting logic first. People here are ready to help you with your SAS problems, not to figure out your business requirements.

Include sample data, many people can't access the attachments so include data in the post directly

Please, please try something. If you want someone to do the work, hire a freelancer or contractor.
