How can I access to OLEDB databases from SAS system without any SAS/ACCESS to OLEDB license. I want to access to our SAS datasets on SAS server from any OLEDB databases site. which extra product we need to install in SAS side or other side, etc . Could you give any information related this subject ?

What databases do you want to access via OLEDB? If you have SAS/ACCESS to OLEDB installed and licensed then you can read most OLEDB-compliant databases. If you don't have this then you are limited to extracting data into text files from the database, then reading the text files into SAS. Not recommended for large-scale usage.
I suggest you consider SAS/ACCESS to ODBC instead of OLEDB because this supports a much greater range of databases and operating systems. OLEDB is only available for Windows-based databases, but ODBC will work with Unix databases as well.

Here’s where you can find related topics in the SAS/ACCESS documentation.

Your post is quite confusing. Do wish to access OLEDB data from SAS or vice versa?
If you wish to access OLEDB from SAS, why do you think SAS has a ACCESS to OLEDB product, if it wasn't needed....? ;-)
If you need your OLEDB applications read SAS data, you need a SAS OLEDB provider. The provider itself is free I think, but requires a SAS server component, like a WorkSpace Server, SHARE Server, or OLAP Server.
