How did you use data visualizations to tell a story about your data? What tools did you use?
Amid a looming global workforce crisis, human resources departments at Yildiz Holding and its companies are facing growing pressures to retain talents. We used SAS Visual Analytics to manage and analyze our HR data, provide insights about the factors to cause turnovers to plan the right actions.

Why was it important for your organization to hear this story?
To prevent key talent turnover, using predictive modeling techniques on multiple, integrated HR data sources can help us a lot to design a targeted action plan.In order to achieve this, we needed to understand the factors that cause turnover by organizations and individual profile.

How did the story have a positive impact on your organization? Please quantify if possible.
Thanks to this project, we can now calculate employee churn with a 70% accuracy rate and strengthened our capabilities to proactively plan the preventive actions.The story that predictive outcomes crafted, created a huge impact to retain key talents and predict next period turnover expectations.
