Starting with the release for January 29, 2025, SAS Customer Intelligence 360 includes updates to the Unified Data Model (UDM) for schema 17. Schema 17 contains enhancements to support these features:

  • New tables to support journeys
  • New tables to support SMS communications
  • Updated category values to include the Foundations license
  • Additional columns for events and journeys to enhance cross-table integration
