Important: Changes to CI360 Mobile App configuration for Android Push Notifications

Many of you will have seen a customer alert that went out this week to inform customers about a time sensitive change that is needed to prevent service disruption in CI360 for sending Push notifications to Android handsets. The change in CI360 is in reaction to API deprecation in Google Firebase.

Attached here are some helpful instructions and FAQs for those of you that need to discuss this with your customers.
