SAS Education is excited to announce the release of our brand new course for scheduled journeys titled Creating Scheduled Journeys with SAS Customer Intelligence 360! This course will prepare you to develop and execute scheduled journeys that deliver personalized digital interactions for customers and visitors within an omni-channel environment.

 

Here's what to expect!

 

  • An overview of journeys, including the differences between real-time and scheduled journeys
  • An overview of scheduled journeys including a walk through of a completed scheduled journey
  • Review and demonstrations of configuring engagement metrics, journeys conditions, and scheduling
  • Review of channel, split, and schedule type nodes
  • Personalizing a scheduled journey
  • Activating, Editing and Deleting Scheduled Journeys
  • Demonstrations of use cases including onboarding, reactivation and cart abandonment scheduled journeys
