This release of SAS Customer Intelligence 360 includes the following new features and enhancements.
You can now download a customer table through the REST API. This feature enables you to validate a table after importing data or to check on the current state of a table after updates have been made.
You can download a table by sending a POST call to the /marketingData/tableJobs endpoint. The body of the POST call contains the data descriptor ID for the corresponding customer table. After you submit the request, you receive a response with a signed URL to download the table contents and a header file.
This feature replaces the dumpToS3 endpoint and enables the corresponding functions in the external API gateway.

New events are available for task targeting. These new events can be selected from Customer Behavior => Standard when you set targeting criteria:

Button1 Press | Email Opt-out | New Session |

In addition, some events that were available only for certain task types are now available for all tasks that use events for targeting. For example, more event types are now available for these task types:

Connectors enable integration with external systems. As an administrator, when you configure a connector endpoint, you can now include parameter keys in the endpoint URL. Parameters enable dynamic elements in the endpoint URL, which expands the limit of potential APIs that can be used with connectors.
For each parameter key, you specify a value that is associated with the key. The value can be a variable expression (such as a JSON path expression) that dynamically extracts the actual value for the key.

As a result of the unified data model (UDM) changes that were delivered in the March 2020 (20.03) release of SAS Customer Intelligence 360, the Goals report is now called the Custom Events report. This change provides consistency between what the items are called when they are created (custom events) and the report that you use to track them.
This report also includes previously defined goals that have been converted to custom events.
(Available in SAS 360 Engage: Digital, SAS 360 Engage: Direct, SAS 360 Engage: Email, SAS 360 Discover, and SAS 360 Plan)
For web events that are collected by SAS Customer Intelligence 360, the values for page attributes are now limited to a maximum number of 1,000 characters. If the number of characters exceeds that limit, the value is truncated.
(Available in SAS Engage 360: Digital and SAS 360 Discover)
