
SAS Customer Intelligence 360 releases operate on a continuous delivery model that allows for a more scalable, phased approach to feature deployment. Accordingly, these release notes might be updated several times a month. Check them regularly.
Unless otherwise specified, the features listed below are General Availability. Features that are released as Limited Availability and Release Preview are indicated. For more information about release levels, see Phased Releases for SAS Customer Intelligence 360. Contact your SAS representative if you have questions about a feature’s availability. The June release of SAS Customer Intelligence 360 includes the following new features and enhancements.
Feature release in June 30:
- Download Audit Records (Limited Availability): Authorized users can download records from the audit service through a new REST API endpoint.

Feature released on June 29:
- Token Management: Administrative users can create access tokens to authorize API users and external applications. Access tokens are time-limited and separated from an access point's static JWT, so you can rotate or invalidate authorization without changing the access point's credentials.

- Direct Marketing Task Insights: Insights for direct marketing tasks are available on the production tenant for all customers.

- Audience Connections (Limited Availability): Create and manage audience connections in General Settings to integrate with your Snowflake and Google BigQuery data. This is the first step towards creating an audience.

- Audience (Limited Availability): Use your Snowflake or Google BigQuery data to create an audience, or group of people, to use for task targeting and personalization. The data that you include in an audience is uploaded into SAS Customer Intelligence 360 for a period of time that you specify.

- Audience Source (Limited Availability): Use an audience source to designate which table, view, and columns from your Snowflake data source are available to SAS Customer Intelligence 360. The audience source is used to define the set of data that makes up an audience.

Audience Report (Limited Availability): The Usage report includes a new report called Audience Rows Processed. The report shows how many audience members were successfully processed by SAS Customer Intelligence 360 during the selected date range.
Navigate to Insights > Usage Report and click Audience Rows Processed to view the report.

- Connections Dashboard: The Connections Dashboard is available on the production tenant for all customers.

- Schema 12 for Unified Data Model: The database tables for the Unified Data Model (UDM) are updated with improvements for schema 12.

- Migrate Campaigns from SAS Marketing Automation (Limited Availability): Create segment maps in SAS Customer Intelligence 360 by using campaigns that have been exported from SAS Marketing Automation. For more information, see Migrating Campaigns in SAS Customer Intelligence 360: User’s Guide.
A utility is required to export the campaigns from SAS Marketing Automation. Update SAS Marketing Automation with the latest hot fix to download the utility.

- Job Information for Migrated Campaigns (Limited Availability): The Migrated Campaigns tab on the View Jobs Information page displays the status of campaigns that have been migrated and the progress of ongoing migration jobs.

- Notification Emails: The notification emails you receive about email task execution, mobile push task execution, and mobile certificate expiration are improved. For consistency, the sender of those emails is now "CI360 System Notification <ci360_system_notification@sas.com>" and the Reply-to address is "noreply@sas.com".

- Facebook Audience Tasks: The approvals feature for Facebook Audience tasks is available on the production tenant for all customers.

- Connections Dashboard (Release Preview): The Connections Dashboard provides an interface to view, edit, and manage your external third-party data integrations, including connector and endpoint configurations.
On the Connections Dashboard, you can monitor the health of your connections and effectively react to occurrences that need diagnosis and troubleshooting. For more information, see Monitor and Manage Connections.

- Subject IDs for Identity Rules: Subject IDs can now be selected as an identification type when you create an identity rule. For more information, see Create a Rule to Identify Users in SAS Customer Intelligence 360: Administration Guide.

- New Role: The Advertising Task Designer user role has been added. Users with this role can create and edit Facebook Audience tasks and Google Ads tasks.
