What's New for CI360 in April 2023

SAS Customer Intelligence 360 releases operate on a continuous delivery model which allows for a more scalable, phased approach to feature deployment. Accordingly, these release notes might be updated several times a month. Check them regularly.

Unless otherwise specified, the features listed below are General Availability. Limited Availability features are indicated. Contact your SAS representative if you have questions about a feature’s availability.

Features released on April 26:

• Added Support for Facebook Tasks (Limited Availability): Users can use Facebook tasks in activity maps. More information is visible in the Occurrence table for Facebook tasks. Targeting and cloud segments can use the advertisingAudienceUpload event. For more information see, Creating an Activity Map and View a History of Task Activity for a Facebook task.
• Added Support for Google Tasks (Limited Availability): Users can use Google tasks in activity maps. More information is visible in the Occurrence table for Google tasks. Targeting and cloud segments can use the advertisingAudienceUpload event. For more information see, Creating an Activity Map and View a History of Task Activity for a Google task.
• Dynamic Assets Can Be Edited from within an Email Task: Dynamic assets can be edited from directly within the editors for an email task. This enhancement enables you to modify dynamic assets without navigating away from your email task. For more information, see Add a Dynamic Asset in SAS Customer Intelligence 360: User’s Guide.
