What are these exit codes from my SAS Marketing Automation scheduled campaign?

There is an incompatibility among the codes that are returned by the launcher in SAS Marketing Automation 4.2 and the acceptable range of codes that are expected by Platform LSF. This issue is corrected in SAS Marketing Automation 4.3. To see a list of the error codes, execute the SAS Marketing Automation launcher with no arguments on the command line.

 

SAS Marketing Automation 4.2 returns one of the following codes when the program ends in error:

 

0

Normal (no error)

1

Unexpected error

100

Unknown argument

101

Missing argument

102

Invalid directive

200

Unable to log on to application server

300

Unable to acquire execution service

301

Execution failed

302

Not executable

400

Problem while logging off application server

 

In addition, for SAS Marketing Automation 4.3 and 4.4, one of the following codes might be returned:

Unknown argument

Missing argument

Invalid directive

20

Unable to log on to application server

21

Unable to acquire execution service

Execution failed

Not executable

Object to execute is locked by another user

User does not have Execute permission on the object

In addition, for SAS Customer Intelligence 6.x, one of the following codes might be returned:

Invalid campaign group execution mode

Unable to switch to context

Unable to acquire Security Manager

Optimization failed for a campaign in the group

37

Campaign group cannot be optimized

38

Campaign group does not have an optimization step

55

Campaign group path not found

60

File does not exist

61

File cannot be deleted

File cannot be written

70

Campaign cannot be marked for deployment because it has not been approved

71

Members of the treatment campaign set are not marked for deployment

72

Treatment campaign set could not be opened with Write access

You need View permissions on all members to mark the set ready for deployment
