Good Night:

I have installed correctly the SAS University Edition Software and i can't go on until i arrive to SAS Studio, my SAS is Up to date, when i push the button "Start SAS Studio" it links to a BLUE SCREEN in this address:


I would appreciate very much your gently help

You've posted a comment on a document. It may be best to search the forums and see what works for others and/or post a discussion instead.

In this case, VMWare hasn't seem to have this issue. Also, this port is used frequently so check it before starting up the virtual box.

Hi, Amir. Just to make sure I understand: When you start SAS University Edition in your VirtualBox, you get a web address in the console, but when you go to the web address, you get a blue screen. Is this the case? Or do you not even get tot he point where you see the web address in the console?

If this problem persists, you should send email to support@sas.com or call 1-800-727-0025 to open a support track.

Jonatan and Amir,

The blue screen may be a result of recently updating SAS University Edition. Please clear your browser's cookies and cache before restarting your browser and trying again.
