Do you want to get started with real-time computer vision on an edge device? Then this video series is just what you need! In this first video of a four-part series we guide you through the requirements.

 

 

Requirements

  • Edge device from the NVIDIA Jetson family
  • USB webcam (V4L2–compatible)
  • Connectivity
  • Machine with Ubuntu (16.04, 18.04 or 20.04 on x86_64 system) - we advice not to use a Virtual Machine as it will likely lead to USB passthrough problems
  • SAS Event Stream Processing for Edge Computing software order
  • Peripherals: monitor, mouse, keyboard, etc.
