SAS Customer Intelligence 360 Plan allows you to define and automate your marketing process to save time using Workflows. A workflow consists of a series of tasks that are executed in a specific order to track the progress of a process. Marketing teams can build workflow templates based on best practices. These templates can be created for product launches, collateral designs, advertising, direct marketing, sponsorships, event management, and so on.

Marketing processes include multiple tasks in which approval is required from legal, marketing, product departments. Inputs from these departments can help agencies to work further on the task.

‘Workflows’ offer annotation feature which allows different stakeholders to provide their comments directly within content files, such as images, videos, and PDF files.

Different stakeholders which are called as ‘contributors’ in a task, can mark the area using different shapes, add comments.
