How do I install SAS University Edition?

Teachers, students, adult learners, and academic researchers can access the SAS University Edition software for noncommercial learning purposes. University Edition includes the SAS products Base SAS®, SAS/STAT®, SAS/IML®, SAS/ACCESS® Interface to PC Files, and SAS® Studio. 

 

You can download SAS University Edition for free, directly from SAS. After you download it to your PC, Mac, or Linux workstation, SAS works locally on your machine by using virtualization software and your browser, so no Internet access is required.

 

Or you can get SAS University Edition for free via AWS Marketplace (AWS usage fees may apply). The software runs in the cloud - all you need is a browser and an Internet connection.
