If you are unable to resolve a problem by conferring with your peers in the SAS Support Communities or using the resources available at support.sas.com, contact Technical Support.


Having the following information will speed resolution of your problem:

Manage Requests and Tracks from the Web              

Phone a Technical Support Consultant (Note: Check the support office hours for your office before calling.)
