Getting help with SAS learning products has never been easier.
We have a wonderful community of resources available on the SAS Software for Learning Community for help with programming and content questions. First, if you are unable to log into SAS OnDemand for Academics, check to ensure the system is not undergoing maintenance:
If operating status is normal, then check out our FAQ for students and other SAS Learners. Your question may be answered there! Still don't see what you are looking for? Follow these steps:
1. Search communities.sas.com:
2. If you don't see the answer to your question, feel free to ask a new one. SAS experts monitor the communities around the clock, so someone will be sure to respond:
3. Prefer chat? Experts are waiting to engage with you. To start a chat session, click the grey chat bubble in the bottom right nav. It looks like this:
4. And finally, of course, we have email. We look forward to hearing from you!

@NaiwenPang If you are using SAS OnDemand for Academics, please post a question on the SAS Software for Learning Community. If you're using the commercial version of SAS Studio, post instead on the SAS Studio Community. In either case, be sure to note steps you've already taken.
