AMD-V is disabled in the BIOS (or by the host OS) (VERR_SVM_DISABLED).  When I hit start I get this message

So fix that and try again. 

Basically that message means that you need to make changes to the BIOS settings on your computer to allow the VM software to run.

I guess there is also a small chance that your CPU is not supported.
