how to get the values in a column

    hi friends

PLZ HELP ME.

i have the dataset like this

NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS

210

NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS (AV DOLLARS)

9,599,140

TOTAL SAVES

23

VALUE SAVED

1,014,945

RATE COUNT

RATE AV

then output  data set is

NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS

210

NUMBER OF ATTEMPTS (AV DOLLARS)

9,599,140

TOTAL SAVES

23

VALUE SAVED

1,014,945

  RATE COUNT

        11.0%

RATE AV

        10.6%

here 11.0%  = ROUND((23/210)*100,1)

        10.6% =ROUND((1014945/9599140)*100,1)

Re: how to get the values in a column

This doesn't look like a data set, more like a report.

If your input data set looks like your example, transpose it so that you will have only variable values of the same meaning.

Transposed, you can simply apply the formula you have (which should be done in the end step of the reporting process).
