You may get a blank screen when trying to access SAS Studio for SAS OnDemand for Academics

SAS OnDemand for Academics completed scheduled maintainence on April 8th, 2017. One aspect of this maintenance was updating SAS Studio from version 3.5 to version 3.6.

 

This version increase might result in a blank screen when attempting to access SAS Studio from the Control Center. This is likely due to temporary or cached data stored by your web browser.

 

If you experience this issue, SAS Technical Support recommends that you try clearing your web browser's cache, cookies, and temporary files, restart the web browser, and then attempt to access SAS Studio. Alternatively, you may try accessing SAS Studio from a different web browser.
