Hi, I am trying to install the above and when I tried to start SAS Studio, there is an error message saying that the server is temporarily unavailable. I believe i am installing the latest version already, What should I do?

Hi, @Namluap. Will you do me a favor? Please go to the "About..." menu in the upper right of the Information Center and tell me what version number is listed. Thanks!

Hi, @Namluap. The latest release has a version number of university.cny.sas.com@sas:university-3p.2/3p.2.ddad71e8c0a2-1-1
Can you tell me when you downloaded your version and the country where you are located? The latest version fixes the error you are seeing, and I'm trying to figure out why you have a version older than the current one.

By the way, @Namluap, if you have an indication in the Information Center that updates are available, please do try to update your version. That will fix the problem with "Service unavailable".

Many thanks Randy. I have downloaded the update and while I was trying to apply it, there was an error after a few seconds saying it was not successful. I tried again and there is a progress bar but it stays at 0% after more than 10 minutes. Is that normal?
