Two of my students get this message when trtyong to log onto SODA
Public users are not allowed to access this SAS application. The current user has been signed out"
The other 14 students are not having a problem.
We tried two different browsers (Firefox and Chrome), cleared browsing history, rebooted, tried a second and thrid computer and nothing has helped.
Please hel if you can.

Next thing I would check for are any spelling issues with user or password like extra blank spaces or case or possibly special characters?
The account may have been locked out for some reason.
