I can't view the attachment for some reason but I assume you're using Chrome? If so then there's a known issue with SAS University Edition and the latest version of Chrome which I understand SAS are working on. If you switch to another browser (I'm currently using Firefox) then you should be able to connect and run OK.

Even i am facing the same issue where its showing "initializing screen" for long time, even i want solution for this issue.
