Issues creating files for Statistics 1 text in SAS University Edition

I am attempting to create the files for the text Statistics 1: Introduction to ANOVA, Regression, and Logistic Regression (namely, st100d01_mylib.sas). I was able to put the file in the physical location /folders/myfolders/ and I created my LIBNAME statement successfully.

LIBNAME mylib '/folders/myfolders/';

Now I need to "run the program" to create the files. This is where I get into trouble. I keep getting error messages that the files do not exist. Could it be because I can see my file (st100d01_mylib.sas) under myfolders but I do not see mylib under myfolders? I only see mylib under the Libraries tab.

Been there, done that. Once spent 4 hours with SAS Tech support tracing down why data step wouldn't run. Turned out a dll file was 4 bytes too small from corrupted install media.
