Could somebody please help me with the installation of SAS University Edition software for Windows 10? I was able to install the SAS software and the virtual machine VMWare but I am unable to run the program after running the virtual machine. I receive a web address to type into my browser but when I type in the address it says that it cannot connect. I tried running the SAS University Edition software through the oracle virtual machine too, am able to run it, but encounter the same issue when typing the address into my browser. I tried using 3 different browsers too (windows edge, google chrome, and windows explorer). Is there anything else I can do to fix this problem? Thank you.

I don't believe SAS UE is officially supported on Windows 10, but some people have indicated that it does work on Windows 10.
What error message are you getting after typing the URL into the browser?

So when I run the Oracle virtual machine I get the message:
"SSL connection error
When I run the VMware virtual machine I get the message:
"This webpage is not available
What is also weird now that just started happening is that when I run the VMware virtual machine, the web address comes up as
"https://unknown" inside the black virtual machine display screen. When I type this into my browser I get the above error message though. Why do you think the address is not coming up anymore? Before it used to be "https://" with some numbers afterwards. It's so weird.
Thanks for your help.

You can contact email@example.com for tech support. I think the unknown error is one that is documented in the SAS UE Help Center so you can check the tips there as well.

Did you create the folder SASUniversityEdition/myfolders and share it with VMware or VirtualBox software? This is a necessary step in the configuration process, and the absence of a shared folder might casue this type of problem.
See http://support.sas.com/software/products/university-edition/faq/shared_folder_vmware.htm or http://support.sas.com/software/products/university-edition/faq/shared_folder_virtualbox.htm in the SAS University Edition Help Center - http://support.sas.com/software/products/university-edition/faq/main.htm.
