Error: "an exception was thrown while sending a packet to the peer"

[ Edited ]

Using prog logistic to generate model diagnostics (influence iplots), I received the following error:

"an exception was thrown while sending a packet to the peer"

proc logistic runs without the specific output "influence iplots", and I have been able to run the influence iplots on a different data set.

I have tried this using different wireless connections in different places.

I am running SAS Studio (9.4), release 3.6

Code

proc logistic data=CSPINE.NTDB_LOG plots=effect;
class GENDER(ref = 'Female') MECH_CAT(ref = 'Hot object/substance')/param=ref;
model CSPINE(event = "Injury") = MECH_CAT AGE ISS/influence iplots;
run;

That error looks a lot like a network connection issue and your comment about "I have tried this using different wireless connections in different places." pretty much confirms it.

If this data set is larger or has more levels in the combinations of class varaibles than the other one you mention it may just be more complex and the network(s) your using aren't responding well enough.
