Hi, @ekofaiqurridho0. That could happen for a wide, wide variety of reasons.
Some questions to clarify:
1) Has it worked before and stopped working?
2) Is there any message in the console window?
3) Do you have any particular security software running?
4) Is this on Windows?

These are my answer:
1. No, it has not. This is my first time to open it
2. No, there is none
3. I had turned off them all
4. Yes, it is. Mine is windows 10

If I were you, I'd call (1-800-727-0025) or write (firstname.lastname@example.org) SAS Technical Support or I'd install VMware Workstation Player and see if you have better luck with that. With so little to go on and so many possibilities, I don't think it would work to troubleshoot on this forum. The Help Center I linked to has many, many possibilities so if you've eliminated those, I don't think I could add any more here.
(Honestly, if I could think of something to suggest beyond what's in the Help Center, then I would add it to the Help Center.)
