Any way to change config files in SAS University Edition?

Usage Note 31184 describes a simple way to eliminate JVM errors I'm running into by modifying the SAS config file, but I haven't been able to figure out how to do so with SAS University Edition. Was able to locate and view config files, but attempts to upload a changed file get rejected, e.g., "Insufficient authorization to access /‌opt/‌sasinside/‌SASConfig/‌Lev1/‌SASApp/‌WorkspaceServer/‌sasv9_local.cfg". Any thoughts/suggestions? Thanks!

Maybe you could reduce image dpi to get that big picture.

ods listing  image_dpi=80 gpath='.';

Not AFAIK.

I would suggest contacting SAS Tech Support to see if they can create a workaround somehow.

@RandyMullis may be able to confirm as well. Although this is a graphics question I'm going to move it to Analytics U as it relates to SAS UE.

From the SAS note you linked to:

"This error message is most likely to be issued if the data set is very large."

Keep in mind that SAS UE is a learning tool and therefore has limitations. Reduce your dataset size, as you only want to illustrate a use case for a procedure, not do heavy-duty processing. For that you need a serious SAS installation.

Actually, dataset is < 600 observations.

Issue is image size (SGF e-poster).

Right you are! I'm too used to thinking in terms of printed posters - forgot the DPI for the e-posters can be much lower. Thanks, all!
