set up PG1 library on a remote server

dear community,

I am trying to set up a library in SAS Viya in Sas Studio for progamming essentials1, the PG1 library. From searching I think that my SAS Viya is on a remote server. How to give SAs the right file path. At this moment I am getting an error message that PG1 does not exist. Pls see the image below. could you advise?
