Hi there,

I am using ods excel along with proc report. Is there a way to achieve this using ods excel.

The equivalent of excel is here. (In excel select columns that need to be grouped, then go to DATA menu and then group sub menu.

Thanks in advance

As a minimum include your current ODS Excel and Proc report code and indicate which VARIABLES in the report are supposed to be "grouped".

I don't use that feature in Excel, so what is the purpose of grouping the columns in Excel?

Open a brand new empty Excel spreadsheet, then type in what you want PROC REPORT to look like, using actual or fake variable names, showing a few rows of actual or fake data, merging columns or cells in Excel as needed to display the look you want. Then make a screen capture of this Excel file so we can see it too — do not attach files, provide the screen capture via the "Insert Photos" icon.

ODS Excel doesn't have the capability of creating grouped data currently. This has been added as a suggested feature.
