ODS LATEX tagset issue

I am having an issue with the latex tagset. The output tables run off the page. This problem does not happen when I use ods rtf.
Does anyone know how to deal with this issue?

I am also having a problem combining the output from the latex tagset with another latex file. For example. In the output from the latex tagset, the PROC are sections. But I am not sure how to redefine them and make it subsections instead, so that it will fit into my document better. I imagine this is just a matter of adjusting the \pdfbookmark but I couldn't figure it out.

Another thing I thought of would be to convert the rtf file to latex but this would lose the images from plots and still does not take care of the issues of sections.

I hope this is clear? Can anyone help?

I don't know many folks who use the LaTeX tagset. I would suggest that you open a track with Tech Support on this issue, as they either -have- the LaTeX expertise or can find developers with LaTeX expertise who might know the answer to your question.

To open a track with Tech Support, go to and in the left-hand navigation pane, click on the link entitled "Submit a Problem". Alternately, you can go directly to the Tech Support Problem Form here:

The latex tagset isn't production software, so it doesn't handle things as well as the more common output types. That's probably why you are seeing your tables run off the page. RTF and printer can handle tables that are too wide for a page, but latex can't right now. This may improve in future versions of SAS. About the only thing you can do at this point is adjust the cellspacing and font sizes to make the tables smaller.

As far as combining your SAS latex output with your own latex documents, you might be better off using either tagsets.simplelatex or tagsets.tablesonlylatex. They create much simpler latex output that most people copy and paste from into their own documents.
