I have an excel sheet that is structured as below. After importing, I need to get the 'Codex' values to start at Code1 for every observation. (ie. need to shift some of these to the left.) Suggestions

Save the sheet as csv;

data want;

     infile "where you saved the csv" delimiter=',' missover;

     input id code1-code8 ;

run;
