I'm generating some html content with SAS' ods tagset.tableeditor. My date filter looks like this.

dumbfilter.PNG

It shows all values. I want the date filter to be more Excel-like and be knowledgeable about the content of what it's showing. When there's a date or numeric value, I want to give my users the option of selecting a range, or before, or after, etc, like this:date smart_filter.PNG

Thanks!

Hi:

You posted a similar question earlier on autofilter in another track. Did you open a track with Tech Support or look at the Doc="Help" explanation for what you can do with autofilters? Since TAGSETS.TABLEEDITOR uses embedded JavaScript for some of how it works, you might be able to change the JavaScript that is written to make the Excel file. But again, that is really a question for Tech Support.
