Help: SAS BI Dashboard

I am using SAS Info. Delivery Portal to develop some BI dashboard.

Does anyone know how to create indicator for:
- gauge graph (bar with reference lines, lines with reference bar, etc)
- bar and trend
- range map

Besides, where can I find the user guide/documentation to use the above gauge type indicator, as the
