The code below worked in v9.2 but, now in v9.3, the output PNG file from PROC GMPA goes to a temporary sub-directory in the SAS directory instead of the path name denoted in the FILENAME statement.  Does anyone know why this no longer works?!

FILENAME plots "C:\Maps\";

DEVICE=png transparency GSFNAME=plots GSFMODE=REPLACE NOFILEONLY;

PROC gmap data=mapproj map=mapproj anno=annoProj2;

     id state;

     choro state / nolegend coutline=black name="OutMap";

run; quit;

Hi,

Are there any notes, warnings or errors in the log? If not then this might be one for SAS Technical Support (link at bottom of screen.)

Regards,

Amir.

Did your environment change between 9.2 and 9.3 such as now runing with a SAS server?

I am using Windows 7 but found out the issue was with the switch in V9.3 to HTML output.  By setting my results preferences in SAS back to "LIST" and not "HTML", it is working yet once again.

Thank you for you help.
