Differences between SAS9.3 and SAS9.4 Regarding ODS PDF Functionality

I have a coworker who has transitioned a legacy application from 9.3 to 9.4. The legacy application uses ODS PDF. She likes the appearance of the ODS PDF under 9.4, but she said that when she reruns the application under 9.4, it duplicates all of the output prodcued from a prior riun.  Sound familiar? Any suggestions?
