Blank lines in the body of the PDF output

Hi,

I am creating a PDF output and I am having blank lines in between the lines of the output (space between the lines is more than what it should be). Due to this page break is not occuring at the intended line number.

I am using the same code for 3 other tables and they are working fine.I am not sure why the blank lines are appearing in my output.

Any inputs what might causing this issue?
