Abstract

Build customer journeys that strengthen relationships through a digital omnichannel experience by treating visitors consistently across all channels, and presenting them with offers that are anticipated, relevant and personalized. In the demonstration, we will discuss the modernization of marketing-centric technology that can empower brands to drive more relevant, targeted and individualized communications on all marketing touch points of a customer.
