Abstract:
Thousands of blood samples are taken every day at hospitals in Denmark, and some mistakes resulting in mix-up of sample results may occur.
However, by using machine learning routines in SAS Viya to estimate the normal pattern for sample results for a patient, it is possible to identify
outliers and hence probable mix-up of patients.
