I downloaded SAS, and This is a capture of SAS 9.4(Korean) at the beginning.

Some Korean is shown without problem, but not all of them.

The black squared boxes with "?" are broken parts.
How to fix this kind of problem?

I wont give you the answer but share an advice.

I'm from Poland, so I could work with Polish SAS DMS interface, but I purposely decided not to. I work with English interface with UTF-8 encoding SAS session. Obviously UTF=8 is for handling data, but I decided for English interface because it is easier to search and ask for help in case of problems (especially when the log is in English).

We like it or not, English is a "modern Latin".

They all happen in title bars of subwindows. This might even be an issue with the MS Windows API.

I suggest you open a track with SAS Technical Support.
