Start Stored Process with Add-in Excel

Good Morning,

I have a problem with SAS Add-In in Excel for SAS Version 9.1.3 .

I'm starting a stored process but the process is locked after I inserted the parameters and excel shows  this:

"Excel is waiting for another application to complete an OLE action".

I changed stored process and application server but the result didn't change.

I checked any sas log (Metadata Server Logical Workspace Server and Stored Process Server) in any Application Server but there isn't error.

I don't know what to do...
