You can always click on your profile and look at your past activity.

After you follow Rick's suggestion and find your post, if you feel the need to revisit it in the future, you can also bookmark it. Bookmark button will be on the right side of your screen, after you have logged in.

George, You can also use the search icon.  I have found that works quite well.
