reading an oracle dataset into sas

I would want to read an oracle dataset using sas directly,

I ask for your help

The setting i have been using in oracle SQL Developer are here below,

Do you have SAS/ACCESS to Oracle installed (and licensed)?

Then you could probably very easily use a libname to see the data.  You will want to know what schema in Oracle you need to access. 

libname mat1 oracle user="username" password="password" path="mat1" schema="mat1";

Besides the Oracle engine Tom mentioned, you could also use ODBC engine if it has been licensed, installed and properly configured. Depending on your purpose, there would be more than one options available, search SAS/ACCESS docs for details.

If you are not sure your licensing status, check it out yourself:

proc setinit;run;

Thank you all,

Now i am getting the message

"the oracle engine cannot be found"

"error in the libname statement"

I have been access the oracle database through "sqldeveloper", i have SAS/ACCESS installed

I don't know what to next, i have tried google but not good way through

Do i have to do anything with the port, and host
