page numbers

Hi,

I am displaying pageno on pdf. I started my page display using
options pageno=1;
By default, this gets displayed on the top-right..      Is there any option that will display it bottom-right?

I tried using-->     FOOTNOTE j=right "Page ^{thispage}";             but this also doesn't work.

I searched but am not able to get any options to solve this ...please help.

Hi:

That is very odd. Did you declare ODS ESCAPECHAR with the statement shown in the code below?

When I tried almost exactly the same code, it worked for me. ODS ESCAPECHAR has been around since SAS 8.2 -- so I can't think of why it's not working unless your code has a SAS/GRAPH program or you are trying to use a PREIMAGE to put a logo on your output. There is a defect that you can't use ESCAPECHAR for page-numbering if your output also contains images.
