You don't. You buy it from SAS.
Also, the Add-In is really only useful for Enterprise applications so the company would definitely need to buy it.

Hi:
There is NO free download of the SAS Add-in for Microsoft office. As Reeza explained, that is Enterprise Level software that requires multiple servers and involves "metadata" and a metadata server that is NOT intended for learning purposes.
However, if you are asking about the SAS University Edition, which IS a free download for learning purposes (non-commercial purposes). The SAS University Edition uses Virtual Machine technology to deliver a version of SAS which you can use with the SAS Studio interface in order to learn SAS programming.
If you go to this web site now, https://communities.sas.com/community/sas-analytics-u you will see an orange button that says "Download now" that will take you to the web site where you can start the download process. As I explained, we are using Virtual Machine technology and the 3 step process is described on this page: http://www.sas.com/en_us/software/university-edition/download.html. And, once you settle on your virtualization software (VMWare or Virtual Box), please note that Step 2 contains the Quick Start PDFs that you might want to download and read before you start the whole process. There's a lot of good information in the PDFs.
In addition, you might also want to watch the videos and read the other information that you can find on the pages below:
