Why the PROC UNIVARIATE not wrotten in BASE guide?

Does anyone knows why this procedure not mentioned in the BASE guide in a detail like other procs? I just see For more information, see the chapter "The UNIVARIATE Procedure " in BASE SAS Procedures Guide, however, the problem is I can't find this chapter in the base guide.

I find the 9.2 documentation is more complete at the moment.  See

Base SAS(R) 9.2 Procedures Guide: Statistical Procedures, Third Edition
