Pls clarify, your question?

 

To get good answers, post example test data in the form of a datastep.  Post example of what you want out at the end.  Specify the process to get from one to the other.  It sounds like you want the proc means procedure, however as the 3 CDISC variables you have given there are all character, this doesn't make any sense.  Perhaps you mean you want a frequency count of those variables?  If so then lok at proc freq.

Proc means data=have mean;

   var VSTEST VSSTRESC VSDRVFL;

run;

 

is one way where HAVE is the name of your dataset.
