In SASHELP.VTABLE there is a column filesize, which is calculated by (NPAGE+1) * BUFSIZE. This is the easiest way. But I don't think this will take any index size into count.
If you are on a directory based system, you could easily query for the actual file sizes in the OS, including indexes.
In case of SPDE/SPD Server, it's a bit trickier, since they can spread files in multiple file systems.

We always look for SAS data set size to optimize the system to set some SAS system options.
