Hi, can someone experienced with repeated measures please advise me. I am unsure what post-hoc is best for repeated measures. I took a number of measures on subjects over a time period. I used the fit model platform. Subjects (n=11) as a random factor and time as a fixed factor (10 time points). After running the model, I used Tukeys option, which I now realise was wrong, since that test requires the pairs being compared to be independent. Can someone take the time to please suggest a better post-hoc test other than Bonferroni? Or is Tukey's HSD test in the red triangle option suitable??

Thank you in advance,

Morgan

I Found this response from another forum seems common to correct with Bonferroni adjustments http://stats.stackexchange.com/questions/575/post-hocs-for-within-subjects-tests
