I have a dataset of 106 genotypes with 10 qualitative and 21 quantitative characters in two careplications. I am interested in analysing the data to get a correlation between all the characters and also would like to do the PCA based on this data set. I am interested to now whether someone can help me in analysing the data. Regards. Anil
5 years ago, I was tasked to do Microarray analysis, and I found limma package based on R is an easy and balanced approach for multiple comparison study, if using SAS, it would be mixed model approach. It was known that at least then limma provided a better (and free) solution. I have lost track on the development of both R (bioconductor project) and SAS even since. I am sure folks here will be able to help you using SAS/STAT regarding your question.

You should look at JMP/Genomics, if you have some funds.

Dear PG
I have got JMP Genomics with me.
Then you might find pertinent expertise within the JMP Software Community. Try initiating a discussion there. - PG
