Your mail is stored on a mail server. If you speak to your IT group they can explain it to you and possibly grant you access. However that being said, if you are doing a data import, then you would be better served by setting up a proper data transfer process - e.g a valiadted, repeatable process, whereby data is transmitted via a secure portal setup for the purpose (mail is not secure!), this area can then be accessed by your programs, although I would expand the process to include unpacking the file, running import programs, and valiadtion procedures etc. against that data befoer releasing to production. Note you can't access Outlook directyl, and you can't unzip a file unless you have access to the command line.
